Career Highlights

  • Oversaw RCR’s four NASCAR Sprint Cup Series teams, two NASCAR Nationwide Series teams and the developmental program in 2009
  • Owns and operates Team Dillon Racing (driver development program for RCR) with drivers Austin Dillon, Ty Dillon and Ryan Gifford
  • Guided Clint Bowyer to two NNS Victory Lanes in 2009 – Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway in July and Dover (Del.) International Speedway in September
  • Steered all three of Richard Childress Racing’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series teams to top- six finishes in the 2008 Chase for the Sprint Cup. RCR finished fourth (Kevin Harvick), fifth (Clint Bowyer) and sixth (Jeff Burton) in the final 2008 point standings.
