Career Highlights
- Employed by Richard Childress Racing since 1982 and has had a hand in all 12 of RCR’s NASCAR championships
- Original member of RCR’s famed Flying Aces pit crew
- Named Business Director of Competition in September 2009
- Guided all three RCR drivers to top-six finishes in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series points, giving the Welcome, N.C.- based operation the fourth (Kevin Harvick), fifth (Clint Bowyer) and sixth (Jeff Burton) positions in the final 2008 standings
- Helped guide Clint Bowyer to one win, 14 top-five and 29 top-10 finishes en route to the 2008 NASCAR Nationwide Series championship
- Named RCR’s Director of Competition in December 2007

- Named Nationwide Series team manager when RCR liquidated its NASCAR Camping World Truck Series inventory and formed the Nos. 2 and No. 21 Nationwide Series teams with Harvick and Mike Dillon.
- Led Jay Sauter to four Camping World Truck Series wins from 1997-1999
- Directed Mike Skinner to the inaugural Camping World Truck Series championship in 1995 on the strength of eight wins, 17 top-five and 18 top-10 finishes. In the first two years of the division’s existence, Lind and Skinner combined for 16 wins, 34 top fives and 38 top 10s
- Appointed in the summer of 1994 to lead RCR’s Camping World Truck Series effort
- Tire changer and mechanic of the No. 3 GM Goodwrench NASCAR Sprint Cup Series team that won 54 points-paying races with Dale Earnhardt from 1984-1994 including championships in 1986, 1987, 1990, 1991, 1993 and 1994
- Member of the No. 3 GM Goodwrench team that won Bud Shootouts in 1986, 1988, 1991and 1993
- Named to the Copenhagen Skoal All-Pro Team for 11 consecutive seasons from 1984-1994
- Started at RCR in 1982 and was a member of the No. 3 Piedmont Aviation team that captured two wins and six poles with Ricky Rudd from 1982-1983
