The paint schemes that adorn the helmets of today's race car drivers have made them much more than just another spot to slap on a sponsor logo. They have become singular works of art. And while the team's primary sponsor logo and corporate colors are included in the overall design, the driver pretty much has free reign to create as he sees fit.

RCR drivers Jeff Burton, Kevin Harvick and Clint Bowyer employ the artistic talents of Nick Pastura Motorsports, Beam Designs and NS Designs to devise the paint schemes of the helmets seen in the images below. They may never end up in an exhibit at The Louvre but they're pretty darn cool just the same.
